Grcc Was Formed In 1959 By The Merger Of Goddard Neighborhood Center (1901) And Riverside Community House (1889). It Is One Of 38 Settlement Houses Belonging To United Neighborhood Houses Of Ny (Unh), As Well As A Member Of United Neighborhood Centers Of America (Unca), International Federation Of Settlements (Ifs) And The United Way Of Nyc. We Believe That Advocacy On Issues And Providing Quality Service Are Equally Important.
