The Network, Founded In 1976, Includes Community Nhs, Serving The Neighborhoods Of St. Paul; Dayton's Bluff Nhs, Serving The East Side Of St. Paul; And Northside Nhs, Serving Minneapolis. Each Neighborhood Nhs Works Independently On Neighborhood Issues, But Collaboratively On Network Issues And Programs. Tcnhs Is Responsible For Marketing, Resource Development, And Benefit And Collaborative Administration For The Network.
