In Order To Help With The Situation And Yet Teach Life Changing Attributes And Knowing That Retrofitting An Existing Building Is As Expensive As Building New, We Have Set Out To Build A Concrete Building To Withstand Hurricanes And Yet Help People In Need Of Shelter Or Food.
