Feline Rescue Adoption Program Was Established In August Of 1997. Our Original Plan Was To Trap, Neuter And Return Ferals Cats, Monitor And Assist Caregivers, And Place All Adoptable Cats And Kittens In Foster Homes For Adoption. We Quickly Realized The Need For A Shelter And The Stray Cathouse Opened In February 1998. Since That Time We Have Positively Affected The Lives Of 1,887 Cats And Kittens, Either Thru Adoption, Housing In Shelter, Tnr, Or Assistance With Spay/Neuter Expenses. Our Long-Term Goal Is To Be A No Kill City And To Promote The Humane Treatment Of All Animals. We Plan To Achieve These Goals Thru A No Cost Or Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic And Education As To The Absolute Necessity Of Spaying And Neutering.
