Community Family Life Services Was Founded In 1969 As An Emergency Support Center For Poor Families. In 39 Years Of Uninterrupted Service, Cfls Has Grown And Evolved In Response To The Increasing Economic And Social Needs Of The Poor And Homeless In The District Of Columbia. Cfls Provides A Holistic Network Of Social Services And Programs To Address The Challenges Faced By Families And Individuals Struggling To Lift Themselves Out Of Poverty.
