Homeaid Was Established In 1989 By The Building Industry Association Of Southern California And Has Now Grown To Over 19 Chapters Nationally. Homeaid Northern California Is The Charitable Arm Of The Home Builders Association Of Northern California And Since 1999, Completed Three Shelter Projects, Donating More Than $2 Million Dollars Of In-Kind Labor, Materials And Services From More Than 150 Different Companies So That Up To 200 People Annually Have A Place To Live While They Get The Skills And Support They Need To Return To Lives Of Self-Sufficiency.
