The Corporation Was Formed For The Purpose Of Promoting Charitable Purposes And Activities, Including, But Not Limited To, The Development And Implementation Of Affordable Housing Programs And Related Services, Down Payment And Closing Cost Assistance To Homebuyers, Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation, Creation Of Senior Housing Programs And Services, And Programs To Assist Governmental Units And Citizens That Serve To Lessen The Burden Of Government.
