Plan's Mission Is: To Help Those Challenged By Chronic Mental Illness Progress In Their Recovery By Providing Individualized And Innovative Treatments Throughout Life In A Supportive Community Of Families And Professionals.Plan Is A Private, Nonprofit (501-C-3) Founded And Governed By Families Since 1989 That Provides Home-Based, Family Centered Mental Health Services To Persons With Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder And Depression And To Their Families. In Addition To Individual Psychotherapy And Casework Services Staffed By Licensed Independent Social Workers, Plan Offer 50 Hours Per Month Of Social/Recreational Activities; Operates A Nami Award Winning Program For Our Clients To Do Volunteer Work For Other Nonprofits; Sponsors A One-Of-A-Kind Anti-Stigma Public Education Program, And Operates A State-Of-The-Art Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. Plan Is Funded, By Choice, By Non-Governmental Sources: Fees, Donations And Grants.
