With The Threat Of Fedral And State Budget Cuts In Health Aand Social Programs, There Has Been A Visible Increase In The Cuyahoga County, Ohio's Homeless Population. There Are Ever Increasing Closings Of Shelters, Schools, Training, And Health Care Programs With In The State Of Ohio.Innercity Housing Relief Foundation's Goal Is To Locate, Purchase, Rehabilitat And Sale Or Lease Safe And Sanitary Housing To Recipients Showing An Inability To Secure Adequate Housing Due To Conditions Of Poverty And Distress.
