Rrc Was Founded By The Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League, A 55 Year-Old, Volunteer, Neighborhood Association To Bring Resources And Expertise To The Redevelopment Of The Community. Reynoldstown Is One Of The Oldest African American Neighborhoods In Atlanta. Rrc Has Since Expanded To Offer Its Holistic Model And Services To Other Communities Across Metro Atlanta, With A Focus On The Central And Southern Counties.
