About Homefree Usa Inc

Homefree-Usa Is A Nonprofit Homeownership And Financial Empowerment Organization That Strives To Enrich The Lives Of Women, Minorities And Low-To-Moderate Income Individuals And Families. By Providing Information, Inspiration And Motivation, Homefree-Usa Increases The Homeownership Success And Financial Skills And Capabilities Of Underserved Populations Thereby Placing Them On The Road To Wealth Building. A Sincere Dedication To Empowering And Uplifting All Underserved People Drives Our Commitment To Provide Excellent Customer Service, Measurable Results And Financially Strengthen Families And Communities Across America. Homefree-Usa?S Guiding Principles Are To Treat Everyone With Dignity And Respect. We Instill The Confidence That Anyone Can Achieve Their Financial Dreams. While Homeownership Has Long Been Viewed As The Most Substantial Investment Many Families Will Make And An Important Factor To Economically Vibrant Communities, Women And Minorities Living In Underserved Communities Are Vastly Underrepresented In The Homeownership Ranks. Efforts To Foster Homeownership Have Been Intense Among Government, Non-Profit, And Both Private And Public Organizations, With Specific Interest In Increasing Minority Homeownership. As A Result, 73.2% Of Caucasian Families Now Own Their Homes. However, Only 45.8% Of African Americans And 44.9% Of Hispanics Are Homeowners. In Recent Years The Rate Of Minority Homeownership Has Increased, But Still Lags Substantially Behind Their Caucasian Counterparts. Homefree-Usa Was Created To Improve The Financial Stature And Homeownership Pursuits Of Traditionally Underserved Women And Minorities. Homefree-Usa Is Working To Create Financially Vibrant Minority And Low-To-Moderate Income Individuals And Families And Communities. Our Priority Groups Are Often Lacking In The Financial Education And Skills Necessary To Meet Life?S Obligations. The Importance Of Credit Worthiness And How To Achieve It, The Importance Of Savings And Budgeting, And The Importance Financial Planning Are Not Addressed Within Many Low-To-Moderate Income Families, Nor Is This Information Handed Down From Generation To Generation. Furthermore, These Skills Are Not Adequately Addressed In The Public School Environment. The Lack Of Information And Guidance Breeds A Lack Of Trust And Fear Of The Financial Services Industry. The Homefree-Usa Model Builds Confidence, A Solid Financial Knowledge Base And The Skills Necessary For Minority And Low-To-Moderate Income Individuals And Families To Not Only Meet Life?S Challenges But To Create The Life They Want And Pass Those Skills On To Future Generations.
