I have been trying to get in touch about my home-buyers certificate, but my emails have gone unanswered. I really need to speak to someone, I tried calling but it's not going through.

I have tried to pay my HOA fees and have been denied on numerous occasions and blocked from the website the community uses. I have asked for a meeting with the board and never received a response. I have made numerous offers to pay down my fees to bring them current and I'm constantly denied but paperwork is being processed and I have yet to be summons to court for a hearing.
